土壤吸钼特性对钼毒性临界值影响的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 选择五种土壤进行了钼吸附-解吸和钼对莴笋影响的试验。结果表明,钼吸附量与平衡浓度呈直线关系,钼吸附量大小为黄壤>酸性紫色土>中性紫色土>冲积土>石灰性紫色土,土壤pH值与钼吸附有密切关系,解吸量随土壤吸钼量增加而增加,各土壤的大小顺序与吸钼量恰好相反。不同土壤中钼对莴笋毒害的大小顺序与土壤对钼的吸附-解吸完全吻合,土壤吸钼量与毒性临界值之间呈幂函数关系:lgy=0.653+0.4281gx(r=0.9990^(**))。 A study was conducted on the adsorption-desorption of Mo in five types of soils and its effect on lettuce. The quantity of Mo adsorbed by soil was linearly related with Mo concentration in equilibrium solution, and followed the sequence: yellow soil>acid purple soil>neutral purple soil>alluvial soil>calcareous purple soil. Mo adsorption was greatly affected by soil pH (lgy=4.51-0.48pH, r=-0.9928). Mo desorption increased with increase in adsorption, and the order of Mo desorption in different soils was just opposite to that of adsorption. The sequence of Mo toxicity to lettuce was in agreement with that of Mo desorption. A power relationship was found between amount of Mo adsorbed (x)and critical value of Mo toxicity, the equation was igy=0.653+0.4281gx (r=0.9990).
