摘要
短距离自行车运动员的专项力量指其带动传动比的能力,它是人体整体协调用力的综合性反映,为此采用单一的训练手段难以取得最佳效果, 其训练应以各种快速及爆发式为主的动作形式为基础,负重练习在其中起着比较重要的作用。
The article points out that riders?special strength of short-distance events is transmitted to the wheels ability by pedaling. It抯 a comprehensive reflex of the human body making strenuous efforts wholly and in harmony. So it抯 difficult to gain the best effect by a unitary training method. The special strength training must base on high-speed motion and loaded exercises.
