摘要
研究了铸铁表面铸渗铬合金层形成过程。结果表明,铸渗层是由铸铁液与铬铁颗粒对流传质方式形成的。而且浇注温度越高,铸渗铬合金层越厚。
The forming process of castchromized alloy layer on the surface of gray iron has been studied.The results show that the castchromized layer has formed by conduction of guality convective in the ironmelt to the grain of CrFe.The higher casting temperature,the thicker castchromized alloy layer.
