摘要
通过扫描电镜、能谱分析等方法，对铸铁件和铸钢件表面渗铬层的组织进行了研究。结果表明，铸铁渗铬层是由熔合层、钎焊层和烧结层三个不同组织区域构成的；而铸钢渗铬层仅由熔合层和烧结层构成。
This paper researched the microstructure characters on the cast－chromized layer of the iron casting and the steel casting by SEM and energy spectrum.The results show that the cast－chromized layer of the gray iron maybe divided into fusion layer、brazing layer and heat－agglomerating layer while the cast－chromized layer of the carbon steel maybe divided into fusion layer and heat－agglomerating layer.
