摘要
利用自制的超声马达摩擦特性模拟试验台 ,研究了接触预压力和负载力矩对超声马达定子磨损状态的影响 ,提出用绝对转差率 Sf描述定子和转子相对滑动速度变化率。借助于光学显微镜对定子磨损机理进行了分析。结果表明 ,马达定子磨损特征的变化与接触预压力和负载力矩有关 ,可以用 Sf表征。当 Sf<0 .3 4时 ,定子齿面主要表现为表面抛光磨损特征 ;当 Sf>0 .52时 ,定子齿面出现较严重的犁沟磨损特征。
Wear properties of the stator of a traveling wave ultrasonic motor (TWUSM) are investigated on a simulating tester of friction characteristics in the paper,and the effects of contact pre-load and load torque are examined.The changing rate of the relative sliding speed between the stator and the rotor can be described with absolute slipping ratio S f. The wear mechanisms of the stator are analyzed by means of optical microscope.It has been found that wear properties of the stator varies with pre-load and load torque, which is correlative to the absolute slipping ratio S f. When S f<0.34, tooth surface of the stator presents mainly polishing and slight fatigued peeling wear properties.When S f>0.52, it became serious plough wear properties.
