摘要
介绍一种采用数控分度定位、机械夹紧的设计方式 ,对YC715 0磨齿机分齿传动系统进行改进 ,以解决原机床分齿调整困难及分齿精度低的问题。经实践证明 ,本方案实用可靠 ,可有效提高该磨齿机分齿精度。
This paper introduces how to improve the system of YC7150 grinding machine tools dividing transmission chain with CNC graduation position and mechanical clamp,in order to solve the problems of original grinding machine tools graduation adjustment trouble and the low dividing precision.The method is available by practice,it can improve gear grinding machine dividing precision.
