摘要
对高精度齿轮加工设备的传动原理进行了分析 ,具体研究了在高精度数控分度时计算分度指令脉冲数所采用的均匀分配脉冲数的方法 ,并用此算法对 YC715 0锥面砂轮磨齿机进行数控改造 ,以进一步改善齿轮加工设备 ,提高机床加工精度 ,使理论分齿精度小于一个脉冲当量 .
Based on analysis of grinding machine tools,this paper introduces the methods to calculate the quantity of dividing instruction pulse in graduation of numerical control.Through reforming the YC7150 gear grinding machine of conical surface of grinding wheel by CNC,the proposed approach will be of much help in increasing the accuracy of the grinding machine tools and can also be used to change the equipment of gear process,and can give rise to the principle dividing precision less one pulse equivalent.
