摘要
提出了基于动态规划法的汽轮发电机组负荷分配的优化模型,该模型考虑了机组主要部件的低周疲劳寿命损耗、机组的最小运行时间和最小停机时间、负荷最大爬升和降负荷速度限制等约束条件,并对各种因素对负荷分配计算结果的影响进行了比较分析.文中以一个具有4台300MW机组的电厂作为运行单元,考虑运行单元内部的各种费用,并将其折合成标准煤耗量.计算结果表明,采用这种负荷分配模型,在满足电网调度负荷的前提下,可以降低煤耗率3g/(kW·h).
Based on dynamic program an optimal model was proposed for load dispatch of the Turbo-generator sets. The restricted conditions of the model are considered, which include the service of main metal parts in the steam turbine due to low cycle fatigue, minimum startup and shutdown interval, the increase and the decrease of load rate as well as the other relative cost of the power plant. The factors, which affect load dispatching among units, were calculated and analyzed. A calculation example with 4×300 MW units was given, in which the varieties of cost are converted into standard coal consumption of the power plant. The calculation results show that the optimum model can decrease the coal consumption by 3 g/kW·h when the electric power demands are satisfied.
