基于电网总体发电成本最小原则的调峰负荷优化分配 被引量:2

Optimal Distribution of Peak Load Based on Principle of Mininmum Cost of General Power Generation in Grid

摘要 目前调峰负荷分配中采取的煤耗最小准则没有考虑机组的寿命损耗,按此分配负荷有可能使机组寿命损耗过大,造成维修量增加及提前退役,为此提出总体发电成本的概念,将初期投资与运行维护费用均作为发电成本来考虑。分析了不同类型机组在不同调峰方式下的运行特性及寿命损耗特性,给出了以总体发电成本最小原则进行负荷优化分配的算例,新方法可以同时兼顾到降低运行费用及减小维修量,延长机组寿命的要求。 In the principle of minimum coal consumption rate used for peak load distribution currently, the life consumption of the unit is not considered and an excess life damage of the unit may be occurred, which means increase of maintenence cost and earlier retirement of the equipment. Thus the concept of general power generation cost, in which the initial capital, operating and maintenance cost are all considered as generation cost is suggested. The operating performance and life damage performance of various unit types under different peak load distributing mode are analysed and a computation example of peak load distribution using minimum general generation cost principle is presented. The new method will minimize operating cost as well as maintenance cost and prolong the life of the unit.
