摘要 提出了一种热释电探测器快速响应的电路实现方法。建立了热释电探测器电路系统的传递函数,分析了系统的噪声特性及影响因素,分析并讨论了各参数对系统快速性、稳定性、信号增益及信噪比的影响。结果表明:在满足信号增益的情况下,热释电探测系统快速阶跃响应是一个二阶电阻性欠阻尼衰减振荡系统,要同时提高系统的快速性和稳定性,必需增加补偿环节;另外,热释电探测器的温度噪声是主要噪声源,其大小随环境温度的降低而大大减小。该电路已在大功率激光光纤传输系统的测试仪中得到应用。 This article has proposed a way to achieve pyroelectric detector fast response circuit. Built up pyroelectric detector circuit system's transmissionfunction,the system's noise characteristic and affection factor are analyzed,and the effect on fast response, stability,signal plus,and signalto noise of each parameter are discussed. The fact shows that:on the condition of achievement of signal plus,the fast step response of pyroelectric detector system is a secondorder response resistive underdamperd damping oscillatory system. To improve both fastresponse and stability of the system, compensation tache must be added on;And,the main source of the noise on the pyroelectric detector is the temperature noise,and when the temperature of the surrounding falls,it reduces much. This kind of circuit has been applied in the testing equipments of highpower laser transfers system using fiber optic.
