摘要 为了提高热释电型红外传感器的探测距离和提高其探测灵敏度,本文提出了一种具有高灵敏性的热释电红外传感器的基本设计方法。这种热释电红外传感器采用正弦波电流发生器和电磁线圈产生电磁力驱动凸透镜进行微幅摆动。被检测的热释电红外信号经过滤光镜片和摆动的凸透镜聚焦后,其红外光焦点同样也进行微幅摆动。这样,安装在红外光焦点运动轨迹上的热释电敏感元件被红外光焦点不断扫描而产生自主采样的热释电信号。由于凸透镜的受光面积较大,被聚焦的红外光线较多,因此提高了热释电红外传感器的检测灵敏度。一般来说,对同样的热释电敏感元件,采用自主采样式热释电红外传感器的探测距离可以达到菲涅尔透镜式的3倍以上。 In order to improve the detection range and sensitivity of the sensor, the basic design method of a high sensitivity pyroelectric infrared sensor is presented. This sensor adopts a sine-wave current generator and a magnetic coil to produce electromagnetic force that drives the convex lens to swing slightly. The detected pyroelectric infrared signal passes through an optical filter and is focused by the swinging convex lens and the infrared focus is also swinging slightly. So, the pyroelectric sensor that is located on the moving track of the infrared focus is scanned by the infrared focus signal continuously and generates the autonomous sampling pyroelectric signal. Because the convex lens has a large photic area,which allows a lot of infrared rays to be focused, the detection sensitivity of the sensor is improved. Generally, for the same sensing elements,the detection range of the autonomous sampling pyroelectric infrared sensor is three times the detection range of Fresnel-lens sensor.
