摘要
研制了一种新型埋入式曲率光纤传感器,以结构的曲率变形对传感器的输出光强实现强度调制。提出了该传感器的传感机理,对传感器的结构作了改进。将此传感器埋入树脂基复合材料板内部,测量板的弯曲变形。设计了一种智能结构中光纤出口和入口处的新型结构和保护方法。利用此曲率传感器组成准分布式传感系统检测智能结构的形状变化,重建智能结构的形状。
A novel embedded curvature fiber optic sensor is developed, which base on the light intensity modulation by the variation of structure curvature. The principle of the sensor is proposed, and the sensor's configuration is improved. This sensor is embedded in a resin matrix composite lath to detect the change of lath's curvature. A new type of ingress/egress for smart structure's embedded optical fibers is designed and a protection method is presented. It also can be used to build a quasidistributed fiber optic sensor system, which can detect and reconstruct the shape of the smart structure.
