摘要
发现中国家鹅体内存在乙型肝炎病毒感染.典型病毒粒子直径为40nm左右,病毒的DNA大小为3. 02kb.本文进一步报道病毒感染情况与病理学损害.采集83例商品鹅血清,根据Fang氏提供之方法进行DNAP测定.结果12例阳性(14.5％).电镜下见阳性血清中存在类似鸭的乙型肝炎病毒.7例带毒家鹅的肝组织镜检时,炎症、变性、坏死和肝硬化为主要病变.其中1例确诊为肝胆管癌.
We report the discovery of a virus similar to DHBV in the serum and liver of domestic geese. This virus could be generally classified into two morphological type, one type associ- ated with an endogenous DNA polymerase (DNAP), was spherical, having a relatively unifom diameter of 40nm. Another type was roughly spherical with a diameter of 20 to 60nm. and had pleomorphic appearance. An analysis for viral DNA indicated a size of ca. 3.02kb. In this paper, we have further described incidence and liver lessions. Serum samples from 83 commercial geese were tested for DNAP activity by the method of Fang. The result showed that 12 (14.5％) serum samples were positive for this assay. A virus was demonstrated in posi- tive serums by electron microscopy. Liver samples from 7 viremia geese were examinated for lessions by light microscopy. The main histopathological finding was foci of inflamation, de- generation, necrosis and cirrhosis. Cholangiocarcinoma was found from the liver or one posi- tive bird.
