摘要
石油化工行业设备的跑、冒、滴、漏严重影响了企业的正常运行。这使填料密封在工业生产中得到广泛的应用,为了更好地解决石化行业常用的设备水泵的密封问题,提出了组合式软填料在水泵上运用的设计思想,并通过组合软填料在水泵上的应用试验,设计了可行的填料密封结构,对组合软填料在水泵上的成功运用进行的实验表明:可大大降低生产成本,防止环境污染,有一定的应用价值。
Since packing seal has wide sources, it can be machined and operated easily, and it is costless. The application of this seal had been more and more abroad in the industrial production, especially in petrochemical industry since there is serious leakage in equipment. In order to solve the seal problem of pump in petro-chemical industry, the design idea of combining soft-packing with pump is advanced in this paper. And a feasible soft-packing seal structure is achieved through the combination experiments. This structure can significantly decrease the production cost and effectively prevent the environmental pollution. Therefore, it is very valuable in the market.
