摘要
介绍了瓮福800 kt/a硫铁矿制酸装置工艺设计及设备选择情况。10年来通过一系列技术改造和革新,如调整废热锅炉换热面积、掺烧硫磺、改造渣系统、焙烧风机等动设备变频调节改造、SO_2主风机汽轮机驱动节能改造等,保证了硫酸装置节能、高效、长周期稳定运行。并对今后工作提出了几点建议。
Process design and equipment selection of Wengfu＇s 800 kt/a pyrite-based sulphuric acid plant are described. In the last decade,through a series of technological improvements and innovations,such as adjustment of heat transfer area of waste heat boiler,blending sulphur into pyrite,retrofitting of slag discharging systems,variable frequency adjustment of roasting fan and other moving equipment,steam turbine driving of SO_2 main blewer,the plant operated with less energy,higher efficiency and long-term stability.Some suggestions for future work are presented.
