垂直通风差压球形果蔬预冷的数学模型 被引量:17

摘要 针对垂直通风差压预冷方式 ,建立了球形果蔬预冷过程的数学模型 ,该模型考虑了传热与传质过程相耦合的特点。采用有限差分法对该模型进行了数值求解 ,计算结果与实验数据比较的结果表明 。 The heat and mass transfer mathematical model of spherical fruit and vegetable during pressure pre-cooling for vertical ventilation has been established, which has combined heat and mass transfer process. Numerical analysis was made using finite difference methods to solve the mathematical model.The agreement between the theoretical and the experimental results was found to be good. It shows that the model established is reasonable and practicable.
