摘要
近年来 ,英国政府推出了多项新的政策举措 ,开始了规模宏大的学前教育改革 ,以扩展和提高早期儿童保育和教育服务的数量和质量 ,为幼儿和他们的家庭建立一个更加广泛的支持系统。本文介绍和分析了这场由英国政府主导的学前教育改革的动因、所要解决的问题和英国政府各项创新的政策举措。
In recent years, the British government had made a series of new policies to carry out the reform of ECEC (Early Childhood Education and Care) to expand and improve the quantity and the quality of ECEC. It had established a stronger supporting network for the families and the young children in the UK. This article introduces and analyzes the reasons why the reform is needed , the problems that the reform is faced, and the strategies that British government should take.
