摘要
本文在分析并指出最近几年来我国高师院校教育实习存在的主要问题的同时 ,以比较的方式介绍西方发达国家在教育实习上的做法 ,最后提出解决问题的对策。
By comparing with some major developed western countries' educational practice, this article analyses and points out the main problems that exists in recent years' educational practice of our country's higher normal colleges. They are: 1)normal college students lacks enough preparation before going practice; 2)the time for the practice is too short and 3)many a college does not pay enough attention to the organization of the practice. Finally, it provides some countermeasures to the educational practice.
