摘要
从综合利用重质油出发,以石油沥青为单体,对苯二甲醛(TPA)为交联剂在浓硫酸或对甲苯磺酸催化下合成了TPA系缩合多环多核芳香烃树脂(COPNA树脂),以此开辟出一条制备COPNA树脂的新方法。研究中采用热解重量分析法(TGA),考察了COPNA树脂的固化反应和热稳定性。结果表明,该沥青在氮气中的热起始降解温度在420℃~430℃之间。最后,利用反应物和产物的红外图谱(IR)探讨了COPNA树脂合成反应机理。该机理是在酸催化下,多环芳烃与交联剂发生亲电取代反应。
With a purpose of making good use of heavy residual oil, condensed polynuclear aromatics resins were prepared using petroleum asphalt as raw material and terephthalic aldehyde as crosslinking agent under the catalysis of concentrated sulfuric acid or ptoluenesulfonic acid. Differential calorimetry(DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) were employed to study curing reaction and thermostability of COPNA resins. Results show that the thermal stability of COPNA resin synthesized from asphalt is relatively poor and the initial decomposition temperature in nitrogen is 420 ℃~430 ℃. Furthermore, reaction mechanism was studied using IR. It shows that the petroleum asphalt and terephthalic aldehyde can be used to synthesize COPNA resin, the reaction mechanism of which is electrophilic substitution reaction.
