摘要
利用正交试验设计,研究用混凝剂聚合氯化铝PAC及助凝剂聚丙烯酰胺PAM对高浓度印染废水进行混凝处理。考察了混凝剂的投加量、助凝剂的用量、溶液的pH值、混凝时间、混凝温度对混凝效果的影响。研究结果表明PAC+PAM在溶液pH值为5,PAC投加量为1000 mg/L,PAM的用量为12 mg/L,温度为40℃,搅拌时间为5 min时,对印染废水处理得到较为满意的效果,COD的去除率为85%左右,经处理后水的透光率可达80%以上。
In this paper, the process of high concentrated textile printing wastewater treatment by PAC as coagulant and PAM as coagulant aid have been studied.The orthogonal process is used in the paper.The factors influencing coagulant result have been investigated.Under the codition of pH 5,PAC dosage of 1000mg/L,PAM dosage of 12 mg/L,at the temperature of 40℃, by 5 minutes of the stirring, the best result is obtained. The result is showed the removal rate of COD over 85 % and the translucent rate of wastewater over 80 % .
