摘要
通过对电力产业的考察 ,认为通过引入竞争机制 ,可以打破其垄断性 ,使之成为具有有限竞争的市场结构 ,并通过一个模型对垄断和有限竞争下的电力产业的经济效率作以比较分析 ,论证了在一定条件下 ,有限竞争可使其 Pareto效率得到改进 ,并类推出其它网络性基础设施产业也具有类似的结论 .
This paper review the power industry thinking it can break out the monopoliztion by introducing competitive mechanism and make it into a finity competition market structure, and comparatively analysis the economic efficiency between monopoliztion and finity competition by using a model reasoning that finity competition make its Pareto efficiency better at properly condition whose conclusion is suitable in many infrastructures which possess network feature.
