The models of competitive power markets and the variable price of electricity are discassed. The probable contracts between the electric power suppliers and industrial consumers are disvribed. How to obtain a suply form a competitive open market and to manage the electric load for a comsumer are analysed, refered to the example of GISA SA, to avoid or reduce the risk in a competitive open market var the contracts and suitable strategy of production
