摘要
本文介绍了制备红外光学材料热压硫化锌 (HP ZnS)用粉末的制备方法和粉末的后处理工艺 ,运用傅立叶红外光谱 (FTIR)对粉末的提纯和后处理方法进行了研究。采用真空热压法制备HP ZnS多晶体。研究表明 ,降低粉末的电导率的粉末处理方法能有效降低粉末中阴离子含量 ,提高HP ZnS晶体材料的红外透过率。
HP-ZnS crystal is one of the most important IR transmittance materials,which is produced by vacuum hot press. In this paper, a new method of reducing anion concentration in ZnS powders was studied. By means of Fourier infrared spectrum analysis, the effects of such powder treatment on properties of HP-ZnS crystals were evaluated. The result shows that such a method is effective on increasing the transmittance of HP-ZnS crystals by lowering the conductance of powders to reduce anion concentration.
