萃取溶剂热法制备ZnS纳米粒子

Preparation of ZnS Nano-particles by Extraction-solvothermal Method

摘要 用萃取剂Cyanex 301(二(2,4,4-三甲基戊基)二硫代膦酸)将Zn2+萃取到有机溶剂中,将得到含Cyanex 301-Zn2+萃合物的有机相置于聚四氟乙烯作为内衬的高压反应釜中于150℃恒温24 h制备了ZnS纳米粒子。通过X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)和红外光谱(IR)表征了粒子的形貌和结构。结果表明,得到的ZnS是小粒子聚集体,Cyanex 301在整个反应过程中起到了萃取剂、硫源及表面修饰剂等多重作用。 ZnS nano-particles have been successfully synthesized via the extraction solvothermal method. Zn^2+ was extracted into gasoline by Cyanex 301 (di-(2,4,4-trimethylpentyl) dithiophosphinic acid) firstly, then the obtained organic phase containing Cyanex 301-Zn^2+ complex was put into a Teflon-lined stainless steel autoclave. After heat treatment of the autoclave at 150 ℃ for 24 h, the white ZnS precipitates were formed. Then, the precipitates were collected followed by washing with acetone and absolute ethanol to remove residuals. The dried precipitates were characterized by XRD, TEM, UV and 1R. It was indicated that Cyanex 301 could be used as both the extractant and the sulfur source, even a modification agent for ZnS at the same time. The preparation method was very simple and could be used for large scale manufacture of sulfides.
