摘要
通过气相输运平衡技术 ,严格控制生长条件和气氛 ,制备了化学组分均匀、光学质量优异的近化学计量组分Er:LiNbO3 晶体。通过对吸收边、喇曼谱及红外OH-吸收谱的测量 ,发现吸收边“蓝移” ;OH-吸收带显著减弱 ;Er:LiNbO3 晶体中的E模 (15 2cm-1)和A1模 (6 32cm-1)的线宽也明显变窄。这些特征都证实了得到的Er:LiNbO3 晶体已接近于化学计量组分 ,经过计算 ,其Li+ 含量达到 4 9.7mol%。
Near-stoichiometric Er:LiNbO_3 has many properties superior to congruent one, which has aroused extensive interest. It was prepared by the technique of vapor transport equilibration (VTE) under strict conditions. Its optical properties, including the position of absorption edge, OH - absorption spectra and Raman spectra were measured and studied. The “blue-shift” of the optical absorption edge and the narrower of the Raman peak width, as well as the significant reduction of the OH - absorption band indicate that the Er:LiNbO_3 crystal by the VTE treatment is close to stoichiometric composition.It is caculated that the Li + content is 49.7mol%.
