摘要
在液氮温度下对 x 射线辐照后的 KBr:Pb^(2+)单晶进行了喇曼研究.锻烧实验发现频移为161cm^(-1)和275cm^(-1)信号存在着温度相关现象.在绝对温度77K时161cm^(-1)信号占绝对优势,275cm^(-1)信号强度很弱.在锻烧温度为230K 时,161cm^(-1)信号变得极弱,而275cm^(-1)信号占绝对优势.161cm^(-1)和275cm^(-1)信号被分别指认为 KBr:Pb^(2+)单晶中的 Br_^-和 Br_^-色心的非弹性散射.
Raman study has been Carried out on KBr:Pb^(2+) single crystal after an x-ray irradiation at liquid nitragen temperature.In the annealing experiments it is found that the intensities of 161cm^(-1) and 275cm^(-1) signals show a temperature dependent phenomenon.At 77K the 161cm^(-1) signal is very strong,but the 275cm^(-1),very weak.When annealing temperature is at 230K,the 161cm^(-1) signal becomes very weak, but the 275em^(-1) signal,very strong.They are assigned as Br_3^- and Br_5^- center's inelastic light scattering in KBr:Pb^(2+),respectively.
