摘要
目的 检测白细胞介素-6(IL-6)血浆浓度变化,探讨IL-6与精神分裂症的关系。方法 将同胞中有2名及2名以上符合ICD-10精神分裂症诊断标准的患者的51个家系的222人纳入研究,其中父母组94人,患病同胞组98人,非患病同胞组30人,同时纳入非血亲正常对照组40人。用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对IL-6血浆浓度进行测定,比较各组血浆IL-6浓度变化。结果 (1)四组中血浆IL-6平均浓度(pg·ml-1):患病同胞组(55.90±29.25),非患病同胞组(56.86±33.07),父母组(52.51±24.25),正常对照组(47.50±22.78)。四组间比较无显著性差异(F=1.103,P=0.348)。(2)在病人组中,按是否服药(服药组59.94±31.00,未服药组51.91±27.14),性别(男55.97±32.12.女55.B2±26.92)分别分组比较,差异均元显著性(P>0.05),年龄与血浆IL-6浓度之间元明显相关性(r=-0.130,P=0.199),病程长短与血浆IL-6浓度之间也无明显相关性(r=0.058。P=0.571)。结论 精神分裂症患者血浆IL-6浓度与正常对照组比较没有明显变化。年龄、病程、抗精神病药物、性别对精神分裂症血浆IL-6浓度没有明显影响。提示,血浆IL-6水平变化对精神分裂症的发病可能没有直接影响。
Objective To investigate the relationship between schizophrenia and interleukin - 6(IL - 6). Methods The subjects were 222 members of 51 pedigrees which must have at least two or more siblings' schizophrenics who met the criteria of ICD - 10 for schizophrenia, among them,94 were parents, 98 affected siblings and 30 non - affected siblings; 40 normal people of non - ties of blood were enrolled as control group. The plasma levels of IL - 6 were measured by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the changes of plasma levels were compared among the groups. Results 1) There was no significant difference (F= 1. 103, P = 0.348) among the groups of the affected siblings (55.90± 29. 25), non-affected siblings (56.86±33.07), parents (52.51±24.25) and normal controls (47.50±22.78). 2) In the affected groups, there were no significant differences in intra - group comparisons: divided to subgroups according to administration and sex. The plasma levels of IL - 6 was not significantly different respectively between the administration groups and between the sex groups. The age was not significantly relevant to the plasma levels of IL - 6, and the duration was not too. Conclusions The plasma levels of IL - 6 had no evident difference in schizophrenia compared with normal controls. Age, duration, administration and sex had no evident influence on the plasma levels of IL - 6 in schizophrenics . These suggested that IL - 6 had no direct influence on schizophrenia.
