摘要
用人源细粒棘球蚴囊液、囊壁及原头蚴抗原对50例包虫病患者,59例正常人及46例非包虫病患者的血清进行酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA),以对比三种抗原在包虫病免疫诊断实验中的敏感性和特异性。结果显示:囊液、囊壁及原头蚴三种抗原的阳性符合率分别为90%,76%和78%;特异性为96.1%,92.2%和92.2%。经统计学处理,在敏感性及特异性之间均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。这提示,除棘球蚴液外,囊壁及原头蚴也可作为抗原用于 ELISA 进行包虫病的免疫诊断。
Human Echinococcus granulosus hydatid cystfluid(EgHCF),cyst me- mbrane(EgCM)and protoscolex(EgPS) were used as antigens to test the sera from 50 hydatidosis patients,59 hea- lthy subiects and 46 patients with oth- er diseases by ELISA.The result show- ed that the positive rates of EgHCF, EgCM,and EgPS were 90%,76%,& 78%,respectively,and theirs specifi- city being 96.1%,92.2% &92.2%,respec- tively.Statistically,there were no significant differences of sensitivity/ speciality among the three antigens. It is suggested that besides EgHCF, EgCM or EgPS can also be used as the antigens for immunodiagnosis of hydatidosis.
