摘要
本文用双乙醛草酰二腙分光光度法测定人发中的微量铜,利用铜与双环己酮草酰二腙(BCO)和双乙醛草酰二腙在PH810条件下形成1:2有色络合物[1]的原理而制定的分光光度分析法,其方法简便。
A simple and rapid method is described for the determination of copper in human hair. The method is based on the sample digestion with HNO3 and HClO4 under carefully controlled heating conditions and the subsequent determination of spectrophotometric method with bis acetaldehydeoxalyldihydrazone.
