摘要 目的 :探讨基质金属蛋白酶 2、 9(MMP 2、MMP 9)在乳腺良性病变及乳腺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法 :应用免疫组化SP法检测 12例乳腺良性病变及 32例乳腺癌组织中MMP 2和MMP 9的表达。结果 :MMP 2和MMP 9在乳腺癌中的表达明显高于乳腺良性组织 ,且乳腺癌患者中有淋巴结转移组MMP 2、MMP 9的表达明显高于无淋巴结转移组。结论 :MMP 2和MMP 9在乳腺癌组织中有高表达且在乳腺癌细胞突破基底膜向外扩散、转移中起着重要作用 。 Objective: To study the expression of matrixmetalloproteinase(MMP) 2 and 9 and its significance in benign breast disease and breast carcinoma. Methods: Expression of MMP 2 and 9 was observed by SP immunohistochemical technique in 12 benign breast diseases and 32 breast carcinomas. Results: Expression of MMP 2 and 9 in breast cancer was much higher than that in benign breast disease(P<0.01). Compared with breast carcinomas without positive metastasis, expression of MMP 2 and 9 was upregulated in those with lymphnode metastasis(P<0.05). Conclusion: MMP 2 and 9 may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer.
