脑膜瘤MMP-2、MMP-9、TIMP-1 mRNA的表达及其意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :研究基质金属蛋白酶 2和基质金属蛋白酶 9(matrixmetallo proteinase ,MMP 2、MMP 9)及其特异性抑制剂金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂 1(tissueinhibitorofmetalloproteinase ,TIMP 1)mRNA在脑膜瘤组织中的表达及其与肿瘤浸润性的关系。方法 :用原位杂交法检测 35例脑膜瘤组织中MMP 2、MMP 9、TIMP 1mRNA的表达。比较肿瘤浸润组与非浸润组的差异。结果 :脑浸润组MMP 2、MMP 9表达阳性率较无脑浸润组明显增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;MMP 2、MMP 9的表达与硬膜浸润、颅骨浸润无关 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;TIMP 1在各组肿瘤中均高表达 ,但与肿瘤浸润性无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :MMP 2、MMP 9和TIMP Objective: To investigate the relationship between expression of MMP 2,MMP 9,TIMP 1 mRNA and invasion of meningiomas. Methods: The mRNA expression of MMP 2,MMP 9,TIMP 1 was detected by in situ hybridization in 35 patients with meningiomas. Results: The positive rates of the expression of MMP 2,MMP 9 mRNA were significantly higher in brain invasive group than those of non brain invasive group(P<0.05); There was no relationship between the expression of MMP 2,MMP 9 mRNA and the invasion of meninges and bone(P>0.05). The high expression of TIMP 1 mRNA in all tumors was not correlated with invasion(P>0.05). Conclusion: MMP 2,MMP 9,TIMP 1 are critical to brain invasion of meningiomas.
