摘要
目的研究基质金属蛋白酶7(matrix metallo-proteinase-7,MMP-7)及MMP-14在喉癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测60例喉癌组织、34例癌旁组织、22例正常喉黏膜组织中MMP-7和MMP-14的表达,统计分析其在标本中的表达及相关性。结果①MMP-7和MMP-14在喉癌组织、癌旁组织及正常喉黏膜组织中阳性和强阳性表达率3组间两两比较,喉癌组织与癌旁组织、正常喉黏膜组织差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.01);癌旁组织与正常喉黏膜组织差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②MMP-7和MMP-14强阳性表达与颈淋巴结转移、临床分期及组织病理学分级具有显著相关性(P均<0.05);③MMP-7和MMP-14在喉癌组织中的阳性表达率呈正相关(r=0.969,P<0.05)。结论①MMP-7和MMP-14的高表达与喉癌的发病、浸润、转移有关;②MMP-7和MMP-14两者在喉癌组织中的阳性率呈显著正相关,联合检测对喉癌的治疗和预后判断具有临床意义。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the expression and their clinical significance of MMP-7 and MMP-14 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma （LSCC）. METHODS MMP-7 and MMP-14 expression was studied using immunohistochemical methods in LSCC tissues of 60 cases, adjacent tissues of 34 cases, and normal mucosa of 22 cases. The relationship of their expression and clinical pathological parameters were analyzed. RESULTS ①Positive and strong positive expression rates of MMP-7/MMP-14 had statistic difference among laryngeal cancer tissue, adjacent tissues and normal tissues. ②The strong positive expression of MMP-7/MMP-14 had significant correlation with metastases to lymph nodes of the neck, clinic stages and histopathology classification.③The expression level of MMP-7 and MMP-14 had positive correlation in LSCC. CONCLUSION C;The high expression of MMP-7/MMP-14 is related with morbidity and metastasis of LSCC. ①The positive correlation on expression level of MMP-7 and MMP-14 in LSCC tissue shows that it has clinical significance on clinical therapy and prognosis.
