摘要
目的:观察中药苦参汤加减治疗肛周湿疹的疗效。方法:治疗组70例以中药苦参汤加减坐浴,日2次;对照组70例以派瑞松外涂患处,日2次。疗程均为2周。结果:治疗组痊愈16例,显效34例,有效15例,无效5例,总有效率为92.86%;对照组痊愈6例,显效23例,有效28例,无效13例,总有效率为81.42%。结论:中药苦参汤加减治疗肛周湿疹有很好的疗效,优于派瑞松。
Objective: TO observe the curative effect of using Kushen Decoction Add-subtract to treat perianal eczema.Methods: The treatment group,70 cases with Kushen Decoction Add-subtract sat bath; while the controlled group,70 cases with the pevisone cream besmear outside the affected area,twice a day with a course of 2 weeks. Results: In the treatment group,16 cases were cured,34 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were valid,5 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 92. 86%. In the controlled group,6 cases were cured,23 cases were markedly effective,28 cases were valid,13 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 81. 42%. Conclusion: It has exact effect of using Kushen Decoction Add-subtract in the treatment of perianal eczema,it is better than pevisone cream.
