摘要
目的:系统评价苦参汤加减坐浴治疗肛周湿疹的临床疗效。方法:通过计算机检索PubMed、Embase、中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库和维普数据库,纳入苦参汤加减坐浴与糖皮质激素类药物治疗肛周湿疹的随机对照研究,应用REMAN5. 3软件进行Meta分析。结果:纳入9个临床随机对照试验共970例患者,Meta分析结果显示与糖皮质激素组比较,苦参汤组总有效率[RR=1. 13,95%CI (1. 08,1. 17),P<0. 00001],痊愈率[RR=1. 63,95%CI (1. 38,1. 92),P<0. 00001]更高,复发率更低[RR=0. 28,95%CI (0. 12,0. 64),P=0. 002]。结论:苦参汤加减坐浴治疗肛周湿疹的临床疗效优于糖皮质激素类药物,但受纳入研究质量的限制,上述结论有待更多高质量的研究验证。
Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy of Kushen Decoction hip bath in the treatment of Perianal Eczema.Methods:Electronic databases including PubMed,Embase,CNKI,Wan Fang Data,VIP were searched.The randomized controlled clinical trials of treating perianal eczema with Kushen Decoction or glucocorticoid were included,and Meta analysis was conducted with Rev Man 5.3 software.Results:A total of 9 RCTs involving 970 patients were included.The results of meta-analysis showed that:compared to glucocorticoid group,Kushen Decoction could improve total effective rate[RR=1.13,95%CI(1.08,1.17),P<0.00001]and recovery rate[RR=1.63,95%CI(1.38,1.92),P<0.00001],depress recurrence rate[RR=0.28,95%CI(0.12,0.64),P=0.002].Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Kushen Decoction hip bath in treating perianal eczema was superior to the glucocorticoid group.Due to the limitation of quality of the included studies,the above conclusions need to be conducted by more high-quality research.
