摘要
通过对湖南省城市防洪规划工作的总结 ,就城市防洪标准、城区排水、内、外河水遭遇分析、防洪规划与河道综合治理等规划中遇到的一些问题进行了探讨。
Through the summary of the urban flood control planning work in Hunan Province the paper approaches to some problems in the urban flood control standards, the drainage in the urban districts, the encounter of inland rivers and outland rivers, flood control planning and river comprehensive treatment etc. It also puts forward the interrelated suggestion.
