摘要
本文首先论述了城市防洪建设的任务 ,并认为 ,在保障防洪安全的前提下 ,如何实现人与自然的协调、改善城市环境、改善人民群众的生活质量是我们在城市防洪建设中应解决的首要问题。接着 ,介绍了武汉市近几年来 ,城市防洪建设的一系列重大工程。最后提出在城市防洪建设与城市环境建设相结合中 ,要认真研究工程与城市“水环境”
The paper firstly states the task of the urban floor control construction.And it thinks that how to achieve the coordination of the buman race and the nature,how to improve the urban environment and the living quality of the masses is the first problem to be solved in the urban flood control construction on the premise of ensuring the flood control safety.Then,it introdnces a series of important projects in the urban flood control construction in recent years in Wuhan City.At last,it puts forward to study seriously on the'water environment'problem of project and city in the combination of urban flood control construction and urban environmental construction.
