摘要
初步探索了雪柳的离体培养过程。从中找出了不同取材时期,外植体消毒所需的最佳时间,并筛选出最适培养基。结果表明:在不同阶段中,雪柳外植体消毒基本以0 1%HgCl7min+70%乙醇20～40秒为宜;所用基本培养基以B5为好,GS、MS次之.激素组合以6 BA0 5mg/L+NAA0 01mg/L诱导腋芽效果明显。
The paper initially studied the process of culture in vitro of Fontaresia fortunei carr. Finding out the optimum sterilizing time that explants need in different months ,and selecting out the optimum culture media .The result indicates that.Fontaresia fortunei explants` optimum sterilizing conditions are :0 1% mercuric chloride needs 7 minutes and 70% alcohol needs 20～40 seconds.To Fontaresia fortunei`s organize culture ,the best basic media is B5 media,then are GS and MS media .The best phytohormone combination for inducing axilla bud is 0 5mg/l 6\|BA+0 01mg/l NAA.
