摘要
对雪柳一年生枝条用ABT1和 2 ,4 D 2种生长调节剂的处理试验结果表明 ,不同的处理药剂能明显提高雪柳枝条扦插的成活率和生根率。其中用 5× 10 -5的 2 ,4 D处理 1h效果最好 ,其次是用 8× 10 -5ABT1处理 1h。
In this experiment ,we deal the juvenile branch of Fontanesia fortunei Carr with two kinds of plant growth regulators.The result shows that after soaking the branch the rooted rate and the rate of survial are improved obviously. Soaking the branch in 5×10 -5 2,4 D for an hour ,the effect is the best, and the second is in 8×10 -5 ABT1 for an hour.It gives some refernce to improve the rate of survial of Fontanesia and establish the rational concentration gradient of the plant growth regulators.
