摘要
目的 探讨影响血凝、血凝抑制实验结果的各种可能因素。方法 比较 7种微量反应板在不同稀释系统和不同血清处理方法情况下进行血凝和血凝抑制试验的结果。结果 找出了图谱清晰 ,反应结果规律、稳定的实验条件。结论 为我国国标的进一步完善提供了实验依据。
Objective\ To explore the factors that affect the hemagglutination and hemagglutination\|inhibition test. Method\ Hemagglutination and hemagglutination\|inhibition test in different dilution and different serum treatments and 7 kind of reactive plates were compared. Result\ The test condition of clear image, regular and stable result was obtained. Conclusion\ The results provided some experimental data for fine instructions of the national standard.
