摘要
本文介绍一种新型高压缩比汽油机燃烧系统—UICC燃烧室的试验研究结果在CA1102单缸试验机上对UICC燃烧室进行了试验研究,当压缩比由原机的7.4提高到8.6时,发动机取得了较满意的性能.试验结果表明,UICC燃烧室在缸径大、导热性差的铸铁缸盖汽油机上的试验是成功的;该燃烧系统具有良好的抗爆性、运转平稳、性能良好.发动机的功率和扭矩比原机分别提高3.75%和和8.6%;外特性最低燃料消耗率由原机的292g/(kW·h)降低到266.6g/(kW·h),下降8.6%,最高有效热效率从28%提高到30.7%.排气中有害排放物与原机相比,CO排放量明显下降,但是NO_x和HC有所增加.
An investigation of a new gasoline engine combustion system called the Under Inlet Combustion Chamber (UICC) was carried out on a fourstroke, single-cylinder gasoline engine. By using this new combustion chamber, the compression ratio can be increased from the original value of 7.4 to 8.6, still giving quite satisfactory engine performance. The minimum specific fuel consumption at full throttle is reduced from 292 g/(kW·h) to 266.9 g/(kW·h), 8.6% lower. The brake thermal efficiency is raised from 28% to 30.7%. Both the engine power and torque are increased as compared with those of the original engine. The engine can be operated without knock, even when the cylinder-bore is comparatively large and the cylinder head is made of cast-iron.
