摘要
本文提出了一种采用缸内直接喷射的新型汽油机燃烧系统。在压缩冲程的后期。用顶端油孔分布不均匀的多孔油嘴将汽油直接喷入气缸,火花塞布置在油束较密的部位,以保证可靠的点火。对供油系统、点火系统、燃烧室、缸内空气运动等多种参数进行了优化,阐述了它们对燃烧系统的影响规律。
A new type direct injection combustion system for gasoline engines is proposed in this paper. In the system, gasoline is directly injected into the cylinder at the end of compression stroke by a muti-hole nozzle with the holes unevenly spaced on its tip. The angles among sprays are small in the vicinity of spark plug, and become larger downsteam along the direction of air swirl motion, so as to ensure reliable ignition and smooth flame propagation in the inhomogeneous mixture after sparking. Optimization of the parameters of fuel supply, system, ignition system, combustion chamber, in-cylinder air motion, etc., and their effects on the combustion system are introduced in detail.
