梯度功能材料对柴油机性能及排放的影响

摘要 本文以JX493Q1柴油机为样机,初步研究了梯度功能材料(采用等离子化学气相沉积技术对发动机部分零件渗镀氮化硼、氮化硅而成)对柴油机性能和排放的影响。对镀膜前后的发动机性能和排放对比试验表明,渗镀梯度功能材料后,发动机的动力性、经济性和排放性都得到了改善;通过分析可知,梯度功能材料可以显著改善发动机的润滑性、耐磨性和密封性,从而可明显提高性能和降低排放。 Experiments have been carried out, on a JX493Q1 diesel engine, to investigate the effect of FGM (formed bycoating some engine parts with boron nitride / silicon nitride using PCVD technology) on engines operating characteristicsand exhaust emissions. As shown in this paper that, with the application of ceramic-metal FGM, thd drivability, fuel economyand emission characteristic have been improved similarly, and as can be known from analyses based on comparative tests,all these are due to the fact that FGM can remarkably better the lubricity, wear resistance and tightness of the engine.
