摘要
研究了梯度材料在承受热冲击载荷作用时的动态热应力响应分析模型问题。研究的重点是分析材料的变物性特性(即材料的热学和力学性能依赖于温度的特性)对动态热应力响应的影响。分析结果表明,当梯度材料承受热冲击栽荷作用时,变物性特性对材料的动态热应力响应的影响十分明显,在对梯度材料进行评价和优化设计时,必须采用动态热应力响应变物性分析模型进行分析。
The dynamic thermal stresses responses analysis model problems of metal-ceramic functionally graded materials (FGMs) under thermal shock load are studied. Emphasis is placed on the influence of the temperature-dependent properties on the dynamic thermal stresses responses. The results show that the influence of the temperature-dependent properties on the dynamic thermal stresses response is very significant when the materials is under thermal shock load. It is suggested that the thermal stresses response analysis and the optimum design process of the FGMs must be based on the dynamic thermal stresses response temperature-dependent analysis model.
