摘要
目的 :观察戊二醛消毒剂对内镜消毒的效果。方法 :采用安必洁多酶清洗液清洗 ,2 %碱性戊二醛消毒剂浸泡内镜 1 5min并检测其杀菌效果 ,与传统的NCX 1 2 -Ⅱ型自动超声雾化内镜消毒机和HJ 31型内镜自动洗消机清洗消毒法进行比较。结果 :2 %碱性戊二醛消毒剂消毒的内镜 ,其细菌、病毒的检出率均低于传统清洗消毒法 ,χ2 =31 0 .5 2 6 ,P <0 .0 0 1。结论 :用 2 %碱性戊二醛消毒液进行内镜消毒可降低交叉感染的机率 。
Objective To observe the effect of glutaraldehyde on sterilization of endoscopes. Methods The endoscopes were washed with Anbijie multienzyme remover and then were dipped into 2% basic glutaraldehyde for 15 min. The effect on sterilization were compared with those of traditional NCX 12-II automatic ultrasonic-atomized endoscope sterilization machine and HJ 31 automatic endoscope sterilization machine. Results The positive rate of bacterium and viruses after sterilization with 2% basic glutaraldehyde was much lower than those of traditional methods. ( χ 2 =310.526, P <0.001).Conclusion Sterilization of endoscopes with 2% basic glutaraldehyde could reduce the cross-infection rate and achieve the high standard of sterilization.
