寒地水稻产量与碾米品质协调途径的研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据两年的试验结果,分析了寒地水稻产量与碾米品质的关系,探讨了品种生育期、施氮技术和密度等因素对寒地水稻碾米品质的影响。研究结果表明,在当地水稻的碾米品质与产量之间没有必然的相互影响,因而可以在较高的产量水平上实现协调统一;在同一地区,水稻的碾米品质会因品种的生育期加长而明显下降,在整精米水平上表现尤其明显;株距的增大会导致碾米品质的降低;适当增加施氮量,可以在提高产量的同时,提高碾米品质,但在氮肥分配上应适当偏向前期。选择早熟品种,采用合理而不过稀的密度配置,结合前重、中轻、后补的施肥技术,是实现寒地水稻高产前提下提高碾米品质的重要手段。 Making use of the data of two years, the relationship between rice yield and milling quality were analyzed and the effect of development stages, technology of applying N-fertilizer and density on milling quality were discussed. The results showed that contradictive relationship between rice yield and milling quality were not existed, further more, they could realize harmonious unity based on high yield level. As for the same region, milling quality decreased obviously owing to longer growth, especially head milled rice. Long interplant spacing would lead to inferior milling quality; N-fertilizer increased properly might improve yield and milling quality, but distribution of N-fertilizer should partial to prophase. Earlier mature variety, disposal of reasonable density, technology of applying N-fertilizer were main methods, which increase yield and milling quality in cold regions.
