栽培技术对菜用大豆果荚可溶性糖含量的影响 被引量:2

EFFECT OF CULTURE TECHNIQUES ON SOLUBLE SUGAR CONTENT INFRUIT OF VEGETABLE SOYBEAN

摘要 本试验对菜用大豆栽培技术与果荚可溶性糖含量的关系作了初步研究。结果表明 ,菜用大豆不同品种间果荚可溶性糖含量差异显著 ,播期、密度、土壤相对含水量、采收时期对菜用大豆可溶性糖含量的效应显著。山东地区适宜播期为 6月 2 0号 ,合理密度为每公顷 2 4万株 ,适宜的土壤相对含水量为 6 0 % ,最佳采收期为盛花期过后 4 0d。地膜覆盖对菜用大豆果荚可溶性糖含量影响不显著。 The experiment studied on the relationship between culture techniques and soluble sugar content in fruit of vegetable soybean.The result showed that the difference between different varieties of vegetable soybean was signiticant.The effects of seeding date,cultivation density,soil relative water content,and harvest time on vegetable soybean fruit soluble sugar content were great also.Optimal result was achieved with the treatments of planting on June 20,240 000 plants per hectare,60% soil relative water content,harvesting on 40d after blooming.The effect of plastic film covering on soluble sugar content in fruit vegetable soybean was not significant.
