摘要
研究了高碘酸钠 -磷钼酸钠复合脱硫体系的脱硫性能 ,考察了进气H2 S浓度及流速、体系的温度等对高碘酸钠 -磷钼酸钠复合体系吸收性能的影响。结果表明 ,随着进气H2 S浓度的提高 ,复合脱硫体系的吸收性能下降 ,当进气H2 S浓度从 2 5 3mg/m3提高到 4 0 1mg/m3时 ,尾气中H2 S的浓度分别为 5 .0mg/m3(180min)和 2 0 .0mg/m3(180min)。在相同吸收总量条件下 ,随着进气H2 S流速的增加 ,复合体系的吸收性能下降。吸收体系的温度对吸收性能有很大影响 ,温度越高吸收效果越好。当温度高于 4 3℃时 ,在 180min之内尾气中H2 S的浓度皆为零 ;而当温度为 2 3℃ ,180min时尾气H2 S的浓度为 12mg/m3,表明吸收时的化学反应速度对体系的吸收起决定性的作用。
The desulfurization properties of sodium iodide-sodium phosphmolybdate catalysts are investigated in this paper. The factors of the H 2S concentration, feeding rate and temperature are studied on the H 2S absorption of the solution. With the increase of H 2S concentration from 253 mg/m 3 up to 401 mg/m 3,the H 2S concentration in the exit increases from 5.0 mg/m 3 to 20.0 mg/m 3 (at 180 min). At the same amount of H 2S absorption, the increased H 2S feeding rate causes decrease of performance. The temperature has a significant effect on the absorption. A higher temperature is found to benefit. The H 2S concentration at exit is found zero at an absorption time of 180 min at 43℃.While at 23℃,the H 2S concentration is 12.0 mg/m 3 at the same absorption time. The absorption reaction rate is critical for the absorption process.
