长庆气田200×10~4m^3/d净化装置改造

摘要 随着靖边气田的滚动开发,原料天然气中碳硫比较勘探开发初期有所升高,导致天然气净化装置原料气气质严重偏离设计条件,装置运行能耗增加,产品气CO_2含量不合格,本文主要针对这一问题,对现状进行了详细分析,并通过分析时比表明:更换对CO_2气体吸收性能较好的溶液是解决这一问题的最佳途径,并通过理论计算提出了200×10~4m^3/d净化装置的改造思路。 With the progressive development of Jingb Jan gas-field, the carbon-sulfur ration in natural gas raised slightly than early stage, which lead to the unstripped gas property of purification units far deviate from the design conditions, energy consumption of unit operate increased, CO2 content failed to reach the standard. Aimed at it, the article analyzed the status in quo sufficiently and come to a conclusion that the best way is replace the solution by which has preferable CO2 absorbency. After the calculation, bring forward the idea of units transform.
