摘要
目的 :观察制霉菌素与地塞米松糊剂联合应用治疗口腔扁平苔藓 (OLP)的短期疗效。方法 :OLP 5 7例随机分为两组A、B ,制霉菌素糊剂和地塞米松糊剂均采用相同包装。然后采用随机双盲原则进行局部用药。治疗 6周后对充血程度 ,病变大小 ,疼痛程度等临床指标进行观察。结果 :治疗组同对照组相比 ,上述 3个指标降低明显 ,统计学分析疗效具有显著性差异。结论 :制霉菌素糊剂与地塞米松糊剂的联合应用具有较好的短期临床疗效。
Objective:To study the co-effects of Mycostatin paste combining with Desamethasone paste for local treatment of congestive OLP. Method:57 patients suffering from congestive OLP were randomly divided into 2 groups, the medicine was randomly divided into A and B groups with the same packing. Both the observers and patients don't know which kinds of medicine they are available. The Mycostatin paste plus Desamethasone paste were administered to the test group, the control group was administered with the Desamethasone paste. Clinical examination evaluated the following symptoms and signs: congestion, diameter of lesion, pain. Result:Congestion was improved, pain was lessened and the diameter was decreased compared with the control group, which had statistical significance.Conclusion:The results indicate that the Mycostatin paste combining with Desamethasone paste has good short term effect on the treatment of congestive OLP.
