摘要
目的:观察伐昔洛韦治疗三叉神经带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:3 6例三叉神经带状疱疹病例随机分为治疗组和对照组。分别使用伐昔洛韦和阿昔洛韦。治疗10d后对溃疡愈合程度、皮肤结痂脱落、疼痛程度等临床指标进行观察。结果:治疗组同对照组相比,上述3个指标降低明显。统计学分析具有显著性差异。结论:伐昔洛韦治疗三叉神经带状疱疹临床效果好。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Valaciclovir Hydrochloride Tablets for treatment of Trigeminal Herpes Zoster.Method:36 patients suffering from Trigeminal Herpes Zoster were randomly divided into one Valaciclovir Hydrochloride Tablets group, and one control group, which were respectively treated with Valaciclovir Hydrochloride Tablets or Aciclovir Tablets. Clinical examination evaluated the following symptoms and signs: concrescence of ulcer, size of skin scab and pain.Result: The 3 symptoms and signs mentioned above were improved compared to the control group, which had statistically significance. Conclusion: The result suggested Valaciclovir Hydrochloride Tablets can better resist Herpes Zoster Virus and had a better effect on the treatment of Trigeminal Herpes Zoster.
